  • Anti – bribery:- (Details communicated in the Security office, Stating that bribery will not allowed in GVI )The employees, suppliers and service providers acting on behalf of and for the company are strictly prohibited from accepting or giving bribes under any circumstances.
  • Employee code of Conduct:- Employee Working in GVI should favor to Company, as communicated to all the employees during selection It is vital to the business success of the company that we conduct our business with honesty and Integrity and in compliance with all applicable legal and regulatory requirements. This code of conduct sets out the fundamental standards to be followed by employees in their every day actions on behalf of the company. GVI believes in conducting its business in a fair and transparent manner by adopting the highest Standards of professionalism, honesty, integrity and ethical behavior. All employees are required to Strictly adhere to this code of conduct. 
  • An Ethics Escalation Policy:- If somebody found that senior person doing work against GVI ethics he can directly communicate the information to the Top Management (Plant Head – P.Saravanan,Ph.No-76678 09552). Any threatening not to be done to the whistle blowing person.
  • Social Responsibility:- Participate with contributions through the SIPCOTcentrepublic  programmes to help the needy through charities in the neighborhood.
  • Sexual Harassment:- GVI is committed to providing a safe environment for all its employees free from discrimination on any ground and from harassment at work including sexual harassment. GVI will operate a zero tolerance policy for any form of sexual harassment in the workplace, treat all incidents seriously and promptly investigate all allegations of sexual harassment. Any person found to have sexually harassed another will face disciplinary action, up to and including dismissal from employment. All complaints of sexual harassment will be taken seriously and treated with respect and in confidence. No one will be victimized for making such a complaint.
